What is Lubricated Plug Valve ?
In order to reduce the friction of the lubricated plug valve body and the plug sealing surface, the valve generally adopts a sealing structure of sealing grease lubrication of the valve seat. The high-pressure sealing oil injected from the high-pressure oil nozzle forms a high-pressure sealing ring around the plug, that is, there is an oil film between the valve body and the sealing surface of the plug cone, which can be closed and lubricated, and it is easy to open and close. The mounting mode of the cock cone is formal.

The characteristics of lubricated plug valve

The lubricated plug valve uses forced lubrication to form a layer of oil film between the plug valve and the plug body sealing surface, which improves the sealing performance of the plug valve, saves effort when opening and closing the valve, and prevents the sealing surface from being damaged and plays a role in protecting the sealing surface.

In order to further reduce the opening and closing force resistance of the plug valve, the method of reducing the diameter of the plug valve is usually used, so the plug valve usually adopts a rectangular flow channel, which reduces the opening and closing torque of the plug valve and increases the fluid resistance of the plug valve.

Surfacing STL alloy material or surface hardening technology is used to enhance the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface, and the service life is long.

The valve core surface is hardened and has a special oil tank circuit. There are double sealing grease injection devices outside the valve body. One is to achieve emergency sealing of the valve stem by injecting grease, and the other is to inject grease into the upper cavity of the valve body.
