What is Bellows Globe Valve ?
The working principle of the bellows globe valve is to replace the original valve stem sealing packing with a metal bellows welded on the valve stem and sealed between the valve cover and the valve body. The opening and closing and adjustment of the stop valve will compress and stretch the metal bellows, thus completely eliminating the possibility of steam leakage from the valve stem. In the transportation, distribution and use of steam, the appropriate choice is the bellows globe valve.

The characteristics of bellows globe valve

The bellows globe valve adopts a bellows structure inside. The lower end of the stainless steel bellows is welded to the valve stem to prevent the process fluid from corroding the valve stem. The other end is placed between the valve body and the valve cover to form a static seal.

The double sealing design will prevent the valve stem packing from leaking if the bellows fails. The bellows are welded to the valve stem to maintain stable operating performance and avoid valve stem vibration caused by valve plug vibration.

The valve stem has a relatively short opening or closing stroke and has a very reliable cutting function. Since the change of the valve seat opening is proportional to the stroke of the valve disc, it is very suitable for regulating the flow rate.

The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface adopt the form of conical sealing, which has a large wedge tightening force and a good sealing effect. The sealing surface is welded with cobalt-based cemented carbide, which has high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and scratch resistance, and prolongs the service life.
