Ball Valve with Stem extention

Extended stem could be used for buried or cryogenic working condition, and the extended length could be decided according to needs. The operation could be manual, pheumatic, electric, pheumatic-hydraulic and etc.

1. The lever could be made in carbon steel or stainless steel with stopping plate which could also equipped with locking device in case of wrong operation. There is clear mark of "open&close" on the lever.

2. The stem with blow-out proof features used for trunnion ball valve is integrated forged with hardness HB220~250.

3. Braided or flexible graphite or PTFE packing is used to ensure reliable sealing of stem.

4. The anti-static design could be used if needed.

5. Soft sealing, metal to metal sealing or fire-safe seat could be chosen according to different working condition. And normally floating type for DN150, trunnion type for DN200.

6. Emergent grease injection: emergent injection device could be installed in seat and stem to realize urgent sealing.
